- Born: North London.
- Position: Lock for Wasps and England
- Started playing rugby: Barnet Elizabethans, aged 5.
- Started Professional career: Leeds Tykes in 1997.
- Lived in Kenya as a boy.
- Studied in Scotland: Boroughmuir High School and then heading to New Zealand to study in Otago, where he was selected to play for New Zealand School.
- Studied Physics at Leeds University and representing Scotland U19 and U21 before opting for England.
- Signed for Wasps in the 2006/7, quickly becoming a first choice lock and helping the Club to win a Heineken Cup and Premiership title.
- Signed for Stade Francais in 2009.
- Re-signed for Wasps after two seasons in the French Top 14.
- He's now won 39 caps for England.

Ashley Johnson

- Born in Wynberg, South Africa
- Ashley Johnson joined Wasps in the summer of 2012 from Super Rugby side the Free State Cheetahs, whom he had played since 2006.
- He is the son of Archie Johnson, who played Prop for the Western Province League and the SA Federation team (SA Proteas) in the 80's.
- Johnson played for the Western Province Schools team before joining the Cheetahs.
- He was first called into the South Africa side in 2009 for a tour of the British Isles where he played in two uncapped games before winning three caps in the 2011 Tri Nations.
- He has now won three full Springbok caps.

Ross Chisholm

- Ross Chisholm began his rugby at Haywards Heath RFC and progressed through the Academy system with Harlequins.
- In 2010/11 season saw Ross make 11 appearances for Harlequins, scoring 11 tries.
- This year he has been playing at Full Back for Quins .
- This season he has gone from strength to strength, with a few injuries unfortunately picked up along the way but is now thankfully on the mend.

Elliot Daly
What Elliot thinks about ProteinBites
'ProBites is fantastic tasting and high in protein, hopefully it will help my broken metatarsal heal quicker'
- Born in Croydon.
- He started playing rugby at Beckenham, aged 5 and was there until 2006 before spending three years with Dorking up to 2009.
- Attended Whitgift School, before joining the London Wasps EPDG and then the Wasps Academy.
- He played for England at U16 and U18 level, Daly was a key part of the 2011 U20 Grand Slam Six Nations winning side and the side who reached the Junior World Cup final.
- Elliot became a fulltime professional at Wasps ahead of the 2012/11 season.
- He has made 30 appearances for the Club despite only turning 20 in October.
- Elliot was also picked for the England Saxons and he ended the season by scooping the coveted 'Young Player of the Season' award and was subsequently named in the Barbarians Squad rounding off a brilliant season for the youngster.

James Chisholm
What James thinks about ProteinBites

- James was born in Haywards Heath.
- He is a member of the Harlequins Academy, he is the younger brother of Ross.
- Playing at centre up to the age of 15, then figuring at No.6 for a year was part of the process that led to James Chisholm appearing at Number 8 and captaining England U18 to a 57-13 win over Scotland at Darlington in March this year.
- James is studying biology, physical education and a BTEC in Sport at Brighton College, where he is the first XV captain.
- Having also attended London Meed Primary in Burgess Hill and Warden Park Academy, Cuckfield. He took up the game with Haywards Heath RFC and has represented Harlequins in the A League.
- He was the Canterbury Player of the Month in last December’s issue of Rugby World magazine that highlighted his strong performance for Quins A against Saracens just weeks after his 17th birthday and said: "He has been outstanding for his college".
- James has also captained Warden Park School and Harlequins U18 and represented Sussex and London & South-East and England U16A and U17.
- His most memorable match was against Wellington in the Daily Mail U15 Cup quarter final.
- Away from the game, he was the Sussex U18 high jump champion.
